Joan was a professional in every sense of the word. Joan was very patient, and detail orientated as she guided me through the process of buying a vacation home in Cobbs Lake Preserve.
Ms. Pierce was tireless in showing me approximately 75-100 homes over the course of two and a half years. We finally located a house that I could afford, that had many of features that I was interested in. Joan never pressured or pushed me in to buying something that was not right for me. On the morning of the closing there were two burst pipes in the crawl space of the home, quite frankly I was ready to postpone the deal. Ms. Pierce was very calm, and said that she could have the pipes fixed that day, and would ensure the seller would pay for all repairs. I was skeptical to say the least. Well, Ms. Pierce delivered on all her promises, we closed and spent the weekend in the home.
